This renovation showed beautiful attention to detail by our investor partner.  The design features pastel colors that are appropriate for craftsman design of the home.  They stayed true to the homes original build, while at the same time adding modern touches in all the right places.   

Lantzman Lending lent the borrower $2.1M on a purchase price of $1.9M.  This included purchase funds and construction financing.

***Cost Saving Tip*** Many investors choose to forgo the cost of custom glass on showers and bathtubs.  Even on high end homes, they see this an item that can be decided on by the end buyer and will not have an effect on sales price.  The cost savings may only be a $2k-3k per house, but small savings can add up to large profits.
